The fermented tea drink kombucha has become a staple in health food stores. Now, “booch” is available just about anywhere. It’s a health trend that is here to stay!⁣ 

At 12 March 2022, all participants explore the science and chemistry behind working with live cultures to make fermented drinks, understand the benefits of probiotics, as well as learn important tips for achieving a safe and delicious brew of Kombucha!⁣
